Overview

AppAssist Launchpad helps customers plan, launch, and operate business apps in accounts they control. We collect and use only the information needed to provide the service, connect accounts you approve, support your launch, keep records of important actions, and protect the platform.

Information we process

  • Your account, workspace, and app information.
  • Connection status for the outside services you approve for your app.
  • Launch plans, preview links, readiness reports, support records, app health summaries, and audit history.
  • Basic app settings needed to prepare, launch, and operate your app.
  • Support messages and troubleshooting information when you ask for help.

Connected accounts and secrets

We treat account access and secrets as protected credentials. AppAssist does not ask for your account passwords. Sensitive connection details are protected, and support views show only the information needed to help you without exposing raw secrets.

How we use information

  • To create launch plans, connect approved accounts, prepare previews, check apps before launch, and generate readiness reports.
  • To show ownership, health, launch status, approvals, support status, and open issues in AppAssist.
  • To send account, support, alert, launch, and health-summary messages when configured.
  • To prevent abuse, investigate problems, improve reliability, and meet security and recordkeeping obligations.

Customer content and training

AppAssist does not use customer content, code, uploads, prompts, business data, or connected-account data to train models or improve app packages without explicit permission.
