AppAssist Launchpad Terms of Use

Last updated: April 24, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of AppAssist Launchpad, a guided service for planning, launching, and operating customer-owned business apps. By using AppAssist or connecting outside accounts, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and to follow applicable service terms and laws.

Your accounts and responsibilities

AppAssist is designed so your app lives in accounts you control. You are responsible for those accounts, their billing, access decisions, business data, and final approval before an app is launched or materially changed.

License and restrictions

  • AppAssist grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use Launchpad for its intended purpose.
  • You may not misuse connected accounts, bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access, or use AppAssist to violate third-party rights.
  • You may not reverse engineer hosted AppAssist services except where allowed by law.
  • You are responsible for reviewing launch plans, readiness reports, account changes, and approval prompts before launch.

Safety boundaries

AppAssist uses previews, action history, guided setup, and approval prompts before important changes. Higher-risk changes to live apps may require AppAssist review and may be blocked until the right review process is available.

No warranty

AppAssist Launchpad is provided as-is and as-available. AppAssist does not guarantee that outside services, deployments, domains, billing systems, or customer-owned accounts will be uninterrupted or error-free.
